Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with Fitmusclenew services. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The service has been purchased and payment received
  • The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the purchase date
  • You provide a clear explanation of your dissatisfaction
  • You have not misused the service or violated our Terms of Use

2. Refund Requests

To request a refund, contact us at info@fitmusclenew.world with:

  • Your name and booking reference
  • Service purchased (e.g., planning session, 8-week programme)
  • Date of purchase
  • Detailed reason for dissatisfaction

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days with a decision.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Refunds are made to the original payment method used at purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank).

4. Sessions & Consultations

Single Sessions (£0–£150): Fully refundable if requested within 14 days of the session date.

Cancelled Sessions (48-hour rule): If you cancel less than 48 hours before a scheduled session, no refund is provided. Please reschedule if possible.

5. Programmes (8-Week, Ongoing Support)

8-Week Programme (£240): If you are unsatisfied after the first session, you may request a full refund. After attending 2 sessions, pro-rata refunds apply: you forfeit payment for sessions completed and receive credit for future sessions.

Ongoing Monthly Support (£150/month): You may cancel your subscription with 14 days' notice. No refund is provided for the current billing period, but you will not be charged for future periods.

6. Templates & Digital Products

Template Library Access (£24): This is a digital product. Refunds are available only if the product cannot be accessed due to a technical error. Otherwise, no refunds apply for digital purchases.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not refundable:

  • Services already delivered in full
  • Sessions missed due to no-show or late cancellation (less than 48 hours)
  • Subscription renewals for ongoing support programmes
  • Services used in violation of our Terms of Use

8. Workshop & Group Sessions

Workshop registrations may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the event for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. If a workshop is cancelled by us, you receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.

9. Disputes & Appeals

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may appeal within 7 days. Provide additional context or documentation to support your case. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

10. Consumer Rights

This refund policy does not affect your consumer rights under UK and EU consumer protection laws. If you believe we have breached consumer law, you may lodge a complaint with your local trading standards authority or the Citizens Advice Consumer Service.
